Dr. Monica Sharma
Dentist / Owner
Dr. Monica Sharma, a Doctor of Dental Surgery, is renowned for her gentle, caring approach. After practicing in India for three years, she excelled in Canada’s Dental Equivalency Exams, practicing in Terrace, BC, until she joined Goldstream Dental in 2022, where she’s committed to patient education and comfort.
Dr. Daniella Andrade
Dentist
Dr. Daniella Andrade, celebrated for her compassionate and skilled approach, has brought over 25 years of experience to Goldstream Dental Clinic since 2004. A graduate of the University of Minas Gerais and with advanced training from the University of Alberta, she excels in general dentistry, orthodontics, Botox, and implants, continuously updating her knowledge through annual professional development. Dr. Andrade is dedicated to making patients feel valued and providing personalized care.

Makenzie
Dental Hygienist
Originally from Alberta, Mackenzie started her career in dental hygiene in Edmonton. She moved to Victoria in 2021 and has been loving the adjustment to the island lifestyle. Mackenzie is passionate about her job and all of her patients. At Goldstream Dental, we truly enjoy each other’s company, and the clinic’s atmosphere makes it a great place to work. In addition, it is awesome to work with professionals who all care about their patients’ well-being.
Melissa
Dental Hygienist
Melissa RDH began her dental career in 2017. Melissa is an upbeat and personable dental hygienist who loves meeting new people and creating genuine patient relationships. She is passionate about making sure they receive quality service and building long-term connections, both in her personal and professional sectors. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including her daughter and her puppy Flynn, working out, hiking, and meditating. She is a lifelong student who always seeks new and interesting chapters as she embraces the journey of life. She is a wonderful person to know and fun to be around!
Susan
Dental Hygienist
Susan has been a member of our practice for six years and enjoys getting to know our patients and their families. She loves working with such a friendly and collaborative staff. Susan brings over forty years of clinical and teaching experience to our practice. She is one of the founders of the Camosun College dental hygiene program.

Cailen
Certified Dental Assistant
Cailen, certified since 2018, loves her role at Goldstream Dental Clinic, blending healthcare passion with patient comfort. Raised in Qualicum Beach with four sisters, she’s now a mother to three and enjoys time with her pets. She values making patients comfortable and working with her amazing team daily.
Helena
Certified Dental Assistant
Helena, a Victoria native and 2012 Camosun College Dental Assistant Program graduate, has been passionate about dentistry from a young age. At Goldstream Dental, she treasures the camaraderie with her team and the opportunity to make patients feel comfortable. Married for a decade, Helena is a mother of three, an exercise enthusiast, and loves camping and island adventures with her family.

Colleen has been working in the front office since September 2020 and has 28 years of experience working in the dental industry, both as a dental assistant and in the front office!!
